At Siretta, we continually strive to bring you the latest in the IoT sphere, and we’re excited about what’s on the horizon. But before we delve into the future, let’s take a step back and journey together through the fascinating evolution of Wi-Fi technology.

Our story begins in the late 1990s with the birth of Wi-Fi, when 802.11a and 802.11b made wireless internet a reality. This was a groundbreaking development that changed how we accessed the internet. No longer were we chained to our desks by Ethernet cables!

Fast forward a few years to the introduction of Wi-Fi 4 (802.11n). This was a significant milestone, as it allowed for faster internet speeds and increased capacity. This meant smoother streaming, quicker downloads, and the ability to connect more devices without network congestion.

Then, we welcomed Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac), a game changer in the world of high-definition content. Wi-Fi 5 brought us even higher data rates and the ability to handle intensive activities like streaming HD video and gaming like never before.

But as technology evolves, so do our needs. With more devices and applications requiring internet access, the demands on our Wi-Fi networks have never been greater. Enter Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax), the current standard as of 2023, designed to tackle these challenges. Wi-Fi 6 has transformed how we experience crowded network environments. Its higher data rates, increased capacity, and improved performance in congested areas make it perfect for today’s connected world.

Now, we stand at the cusp of another exciting era. We are thrilled to announce that we are preparing to launch our latest series of RF antennas, designed to support the upcoming Wi-Fi 6E and Wi-Fi 7 standards.

Wi-Fi 6E is set to bring us into the 6 GHz band, providing more spectrum, higher speeds, and lower latencies. Imagine a virtually congestion-free network environment, even in densely populated areas!

Wi-Fi 7, the future of wireless technology, promises even more advancements, including higher data throughput and improved efficiency to support a greater number of devices. This is more than just the future of internet connectivity; it’s the future of seamless, immersive experiences, from augmented reality to smart homes.

We can’t wait to share more about these exciting products soon. Stay tuned for detailed specifications, features, and benefits that our Wi-Fi 6E and Wi-Fi 7 antennas will offer.
